Lovers tattoo
A very funny combination of tattoos for two lovers. The tattoo on the guy's arm is the buddha, and on the girl's arm is Guanyin, commonly known in English as the Goddess of Mercy. Of course, Buddha and the Goddess are not lovers :)

Koi fish tattoo design
This is a Koi fish tattoo. In Japanese, 'koi' is a homophone for another word that means 'affection' or 'love'; koi are therefore symbols of love and friendship in Japan.
